A Faith-based Leadership Program for High School Students

Through a generous grant from the Lilly Foundation, we are able to offer this program to qualified participants at no charge.



  • SanDamiano_Slogan.pngCome together with 24 young people who are interested in faith and who care about making a difference in their communities.
  • Build community: pray together, learn together and have fun together.
  • Get off campus to do service work and learn from your experiences.
  • Get to know your young adult group leaders who can inspire, mentor, and guide.
  • Bring your questions – the things you are curious about, the issues you wrestle with. Work with engaging teachers to make connections between your questions, your faith and your life.
  • Grow in your relationship with God, develop as a leader and clarify your sense of purpose. At the end of the week, go forth with a strengthened commitment to bring healing to the world.

When he was a young man, Francis of Assisi wrestled with questions.
He took those questions with him as he went to pray at the chapel of
San Damiano – and the encounter with Jesus he had there changed his life.
