Faculty & Staff Directory Information Changes

  • Education will only appear for faculty. Staff educational credentials will not be displayed. All educational credentials must be verified through Academic Affairs and will only be modified with official transcripts from the granting institution prior to display in the directory.
  • Titles listed must match the official position description owned by the hiring unit.
  • Bios can be added/changed by a unit’s Kentico content manager.
  • New and changed entries must first have completed paperwork in to Human Resources.
  • Official “head shot” pictures can be taken by Marketing at designated times.
  • Your unit’s Kentico content manager can update the directory photo.
  • Your unit’s Kentico content manager can add an assistant to a profile. This assistant will be shown on your profile page.
  •  Your unit’s Kentico content manager can add alternate names to a profile. For example, Dave, David, Robert, Bob. This will not change anything in Jenzabar but will help your profile be found in the search.
